Arlen Ness Cheap Shot any good?

I need a tuner for my 05 RK and have been looking at the Arlen Ness Cheap Shot as opposed to an auto tuner which is 3X the money. How easy is the tuning? Or am I better off spending the extra money on an auto tuner? Thanks.
