Default Hmmm...

Removed my stock handlebars & gettin ready for ape hangers. Ive done this before on a sporty, and for whatever reason on my RKC i cant get the wires to disconnect from the housing unit to extend them. Am i missing somethin?

I think we are missing something.What do you mean by you can't get the wires to disconnect from the housing unit?

What does the service manual tell you? Are you sure you followed all the steps?

Plastic connector at the end of the wire.
Like ive said done it before on a sporty, but somethin aint vibin now

Best way to access wiring inside chrome nacelle is to pull both halves of nacelle off.Easy to do and you will be able to access your connectors to install wire extenders.

I got that. After it is all off the bike, i cant get the wire out of the plastic connectir

You have to release the lock tab to be able to slide the wire out of the connector. I'm just guessing here that this is what your referring to.

2010 Limited with some stuff!!
