Default cam help

'12 street glide w/ open air filter and slip ons.

Want more passing power at 40mph. Don't want to give up much anywhere else. Really want the bike to pull harder thru out.

Ride a passenger half the time. And that's when this little booger is a real pig!

drop down a gear, apply more throttle. That is the cheaper answer.

I used to have a 2011 SG with slip-ons, air cleaner, SE race tuner. Was looking for a good bolt-in cam and went with the HD's SE 204...good mid range cam. It woke up the bike even more, but I seldom rode 2-up so I can't speak to how it pulls all day with that load. With higher lift cams there are some compromises, and I didn't want to tear into the engine.

A set of TTS-100 cams should do the trick.

A good low to mid rpm cam would also be a Woods 222 cam. I had them in my 08 SG and it made a big difference, especially when my wife rode with me. I have also heard alot of good things about the 57h.

There are much better cams available than the SE series! I went with T-Man performance. No regrets!

Maybe a 120" is better suited for my needs. Wonder how much that is????

I just hate doing things twice. Or three times for that matter......lol!

Who's 120" upgrade is making headway as of today?
