Default Replacing inner Fairing. What else should I upgrade?

2009 Streetglide. Inner fairing is fading so I'm replacing it. Bought a new one from a friend for $125 but not painting it. I'm ok with the factory flat black. Also not installing the fairing mounted mirrors. Going with handlebar mirrors.

So here's my question. What other upgrades do you do with the inner fairing off? I've already upgraded the stereo.

Hidden antenna, re-enforce the fairing support brackets, gauges

What's your budget?

you could swap out the air temp gauge for an oil temp gauge.

Painting the inner fairing is one of the best mod's I've done to my bike. Recommend you reconsider your decision not to paint you won't be sorry and will be amazed at how great your bike will look!!!

I just ordered my painted inner fairing for my 15 Ultra from the Facebook "paintedharleyfairings" guy. Seems like a great guy and you will be pressed to beat his prices...$400 to my door is the final price after I send him my stock "core" inner. Can't wait!!

I've seen my color bike with a matching inner. Didn't like it.

Oil temp gauge is a good possibility.

I don't know if you're the technology type but maybe install a panel mount dual USB port for charging your phone or running a GPS? Leaves your cig plug open for cigs and stuff or whatever.

I installed this one right under where the left side handle bar goes in:

That's a good one.

I was thinking of updating the gauges too.
