Fuel moto baffle DIY
I didn't want to spend 100.00 on a quiet baffle for my Jack Pot mufflers. I used a wing nut ( 1/4 x 20 and a large washer) to quiet the mufflers a bit. I love the mufflers but on a long trip they get a little loud, the droning. I can replace the washer with something bigger or turn it sideways. Ala snuff or not for hondas of the 60's.

I have jackpot mufflers and was wondering if I could just switch the right and left baffle to make it quieter...the left baffle is not straight through while the right is....I called them up and they couldn't/ didn't give me a straight answer on that...so I just bought the quiet baffle...would have been interesting to try though...

I love my Jackpots... until about 4 hours into a long haul. When I'm touring I love to be able to pull the quiet baffle out of my saddlebag, slip it in the right muffler, and tone the exhaust down a bit. It is a bit pricey at $100, but Fuel Moto has made it so darn easy to make a quick change in exhaust tone. When I'm at my destination I can pull it out again and enjoy the rumble! This has sold me on their product!
