Default Heated Grip Install

Any good info on heated grip install (2014 Ultra Classic)? I know LAB sells instructions for $34.95. The instructions that came with seem a little vague. Any advice/help would be appreciated.

someone charges $35 just for the instructions? wow what a business - the HD ones are online for free... I thought they just plugged into the harness and the TBW sensor.

They DO just plug in to the TGS and the harness.

There a link for where to get em online? Just picked up the black rubber ones this week also. Would like to do it myself before I get but a shop.

If I could get the wires fished through the bars for the left grip I would have mine installed. I think I'm going to need to remove the radio, can't see the opening in the center of the bars.

Removed the radio this morning and got the wires fished through the left bar. Got one wire plugged in but the other does not fit in the plug the instructions says it should? Removing the radio is not too bad of a job, just takes a little time and patience.

One of the plugs is the interconnect that goes to the right grip. The other is the heated handgrip power. Which one does not fit?
