Exclamation Engine Codes are Back......

In 2012, I had major issues with my Throttle. I was posting codes of

P0120 TPS1 Range Error
P0123 TPS2 high/open
P1510 EFI limited performance mode
P1511 EFI power management mode
P2135 TPS correlation error

and more...

I posted at https://www.hdforums.com/forum/touri...ease-help.html

I finally got it into the Stealer... they replaced the Computer and charged me about 900.... no change... finally they admitted it was a short in the TPS in the handle bar. But... I never got my money back for the new computer....

Anyway... regardless of what went down then.....

Here I am ..... exact same issues.... are back... FFS

P0120 TPS1 Range Error
P0123 TPS2 high/open
P1510 EFI limited performance mode
P1511 EFI power management mode
P2135 TPS correlation error

I have checked all the connectors.... I don't see any corrosion, loose connections, or anything.

Any ideas?

I don't have the money for the Stealer...

Thanks!

Hate to see that you paid them just to employ a parts changer!! I hope you got something out of paying them $900 last time!! Short of recommending you get a voltmeter and start ruling out components, I'm not sure what to tell you. Do you have other bars than OEM??

same issue on mine..had to replace the throttle body 1st time it happened, then i had wires rubbed through in the harness right where it splits off from the main harness to the throttle body harness...electrical issues are the biggest PITA things to find ..be patient, if your unsure about the work with your dealer find a reputable indy around your area..

You are gonna need to get a volt/ohm meter and a service manual or electrical diagnostic manual and start measuring resistance between the pins in the connector on the cable at the throttle body.
