Your bike looks great! What is the Plasti-dip durability, meaning how long do you expect the coating to maintain its texture, color, and resistance to the elements? I have researched a little on Plasti-dip and its a rubber like coating. So, I don't think it will provide a gloss like finish and is more like a protective covering.
I am not sure on how long it will last but i read it lasts 4-5 years or indefinately as long as you care for it is very durable. I don't really expect the texture to change any and if it does, I'll just re-coat. As for color???????
Yes it is matte finish and that is exactly why I chose it. I love the flat or satin finish on bikes or autos......."Ole-Skool"
Damn that's a nice job for not tearing the bike down for sure! Good Job and you saved a **** load of money, and if you ever get tired of it just peel it off and back to gloss black.
You are right, I spent some time but saved much $$$$.
I already have pealed the Camo Green off my back fender Eagle emblem to the original black and it pealed off as said. No problems what so ever and it came off in one piece looking like a rubber sticker in perfect detail.
Always been a fan of the olive drab color.. I want to do mine now lol.. Different color of course but it seems like an easy way to totally change get the look of a bike
