I like the versatility of the King. You can make it fully dressed, an SG, a King or a cool cruiser.

You are looking for a change, I understand. I sold my 09 SG last summer and since bought a Yamaha FJR for the part of me that wants "sport", a 99 Evo Softail for the part of me that wanted a little "old school", and a 99 RKC with lower fairings for long day riding and two up.

So with your choices, I pick the 120r SG for the sport and touring (very cool bike by the way) and the Fat Boy for the change of pace.

All good choices, but as SafetyMan says dressing down an Ultra / Limited is cheaper and easier. Lots of versatility, only takes a few minutes. I had a guy ask me once, is that a SG custom color. Lol

If you can swing it, keep the SG and get a non-fairing bike, especially since you have the 120R in it.

Thanks Guys.

I looked at the CVO SG that came out in black. The flames are more apparent in the better pictures the dealer had. Unfortunately they turned me away from the black CVO FLHX.

Nope - I'll keep mine, its the new frame. Big motor. JRI remote resivoir shocks and Progressive monotubes in the front.

I didn't care for the infotainment system. I prefer Garmin systems for GPS.

2431 hours til the Sturgis Departure...

I'm 5'5" so it would be an Ultra Limited Low. Sat on one and loved it! Do like my '12 SG, plan on keeping that for a long time!!
