Default 2012 SG sissy/tour pack mounting

Im looking at used sissy bars and tour packs and confused about what years will fit..

For example: if I buy a tour pack with a permanent mount on it, can I mount it on my bike? If so, what years will bolt up?

What year sissy bars will connect to a 4 point quick release mount?

If I find a tour pack with a quick release mount, or just a quick release mount that I can add to a tour pack how will I know if it will fit?

thanks..........

Yes...but you will need new strut covers

09 up

09 up

I know for the docking kit it is different for the 14/15 models. I am guessing a permanent mount would be also.

I would think you are safe using anything between 09 and 2013 for detach or permanent mounts to the bike.

As far as tour packs or sissy bars themselfs you could go with 09 thru 15 years.

The frame wasn't changed so I'd bet a rigid mounted tour pak rack bolts up the same 09-15.

The docking kit was changed for a different reason.

If I remember correctly I used the tourpak for a roadking.
The 4 point docking is for a street glide.
Personally I prefer the quick release mount.
Sissy bar will be for your SG.
Mine is a CVO but fitment should be the same
