Harley Bluetooth: AKE HC2

CPT Carrera,
I'm adding the AKE to my 2014 HD Street Glide. I'm adding the power of the AKE to an auxiliary switch in the fairing as you did. Did you have to add a relay? I can't find if the AKE draws more than 2amps or not. Also, any wiring suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks.

Help! I've been looking at every post and thread I can find just to be able to Switch between my CB and phone (to boil it down) at will.
Stereo doesn't really matter to me, ever. If I can switch to/from it, great, if not, oh well.
Sena SPH5H-FM
Harley Ultra Limited with BOOM! audio. No bluetooth built in, just the am/fm/xm/cb/weather/CD/intercom radio
AKE BT-HC4
I have not found a step by step on these forums to pair a phone and the AKE. I see there are a few that go on with how to pair the AKE with the Sena and can switch between mono (able to use the mic) and stereo (not able to talk on CB/intercom)
But that does me no real good as the whole mission in life is to be able to talk on CB and switch to phone when needed.
Ran across this one:

That's all well and good and I get stereo sound from the bike and I'm able to use the phone. The AKE never goes into mono mode, always have two blue blinks no matter how many times I push it. Turn off my phone and the AKE can go into mono mode. Again, does me no good.
I pair the phone on HFP (multi-point pairing) and then pair the AKE the same way, the Sena says device is paired both times. The AKE has a single flashing red light and no sound at all. I've turned them all off, turned them back on, etc. Same thing.
I pair the phone as a phone then the AKE as a multipoint device and same thing. No sound, single red light.
I pair the AKE alone as a phone. I can do stereo, switch to mono and am able to use the cb, etc. Does me no good.
When the phone doesn't pair right off I can switch between stereo and mono as well.
Grrrrrr

AKE HC2 + U-Clear & Sena 20s
I have one of the older AKE dangles and have used it successfully with U-Clear 100 on 13 Roadglide Ultra and with Sena 20s on my current 15 Roadglide special. Full boom box functions, cb and telephone through the boom box connection. My only issue is some popping or crackling; possibly electrical feedback from battery? I am connected directly to positive terminal and grounded through bike audio jack. Dongle is tucked into backrest slot on my seat and hidden.

I tried to follow this write-up but still have a question. If everything gets hooked up and paired as you say it should, is it a requirement to go into mono mode to make a phone call or talk on CB? With the wired set, myself and/or my passenger can talk or hear the CB with no issues. If I'm understanding you correctly, you have to switch into mono mode and the passenger will not be able to hear that conversation. Is it possible to not block out that communication?
