Look at the cross member between the frame rails. This needs to be flat, see if you can put a straight edge on top and check.

I also installed the True Track after reading Dr. grbrown's write up on the wobble. The installation was very easy. I've had the TT on my 2013 SG for 2 years now. I'm extremely happy with how it tightened up the back end. Going around sweepers at 100+ mph had not been an issue ever since the install.

To enhance the ride even more, I will upgrade my triple tree at some time.

True-Track has a patent on their system, which many other brands have copied, including this one. Swapping the words of their name around is especially cheeky! I suspect defending a patent against copies is an expensive business, which is why they and others can get away with it. For those of us with earlier rubber-mounts True-Track is the only option, as the copiers have cherry-picked later models only.

Pretty reasonable price. I do need to get something ordered for the occasional wobbly rear end.

Thanks guys. I'm going to go ahead and check my cross member in the next day or two, and then order one. It's finals week, so I've got a stack of stuff waiting to put on until exams are over.

Sorry if I missd it along the way---but I have a 14 Ultra limited---would this product work on mine also? anyone else with a 14 use one? Seems like some cheap insurance if its needed on the newer bikes also. Ive seen some mentions of "Wobble " on 14 and 15s with a lot of back and forth about, if it still has "wobble" issues with all the upgrades done with the rushmores. I haven't had it happen to me and don't want it to happen.
TIA
Ron

Talking with Ron at True Track in Laughlin he said that they are producing this stabilizer for the later models including 2015. Yes the new bikes have a method of improving the wobble from the factory but he said it's improved greatly with True Track. That's what I was informed and educated on when questioning the wobble with low miles on my bike.

Does true track offer any discount for forum member??? That would be a good thing?
