Saddle Bag Gas Can

I stop around 150 and fill the tank.
I've been riding 30 years, only ran out of gas once.
And I was 15, and riding my first street bike out on the trails behind my Grandparent's house, "learning" to ride it before they "let" me take it on the street.
Taught me a lifelong lesson.
I do carry a siphon hose, and have donated gas in the past....

I use 24 oz Monster cans with the screw on top. 2 or 3 of those if I'd had some Jaeger too. I'm not serious, but it has crossed my mind. I put in about 4 gallons when I get to 180 on the trip odometer, then reset it. Hardly ever change the display, but once an while just to see where I'm at.

If you are needing a gas can because you are going to Gods forgotten land and are afraid of running out of gas....REDA makes a flat gas can that you can strap on your bike underneath your bag....
Friend of mine has a hitch on his RK he put that flat can on the hitch shelf...pretty cool way of carrying the gas and his other crap....added bonus low center of gravity.
But you have choices out there....you can always join and carry your AAA card and when you run out of gas they will bring you some.....( kidfing of course ).
