Anyone Regret Buying A Road Glide?

Had an 08 Street Glide and went with a 2015 RGS and couldn't be happier! I did put on the deflectors along with vented lowers and a Klockwerks flare. This is the best touring bike I've ever had, very smooth and low turbulence behind the faring. I used to call them Fuglies until I rode one

I'd like to see the FXRT fairing on the front of the Dyna Switchback.
With an upgraded radio, of course!
Having said that, no regrets about my Road Glides. Put 136,000 on the first one, have 56,000 on the second one currently.

No regrets what so ever.....
Bought my '08 without ever setting on any harley,
let alone taking one for a test ride !! So I have no comparisons to offer.
94k miles later and I still smile when pulling out of the driveway.
I will be buying another RG for my retirement riding in a couple years.

Not sure why everyone is so ga-ga over the 120ST. Build the engine you have into a monster that will shame the ST. Kevin Baxter knows how to build engines!

My '80 Tour Glide (grandpa of the RGs) is a sweetheart to ride distance. With all the changes that were created into that new line in 1980. I took a 2015 RG out a few months back and found a very, very nice update of my bike (35 years later). It is much more sophisticated with a few nice feature updates, longer legs (6 speed), more power (110 vs 80), but not enough change to make me yearn for a new one. I will say that the biggest difference was the windshield. It allows much more wind in your face than mine does so that would have to change to something taller for long distance or interstate riding.

One thing I forgot to mention was the riding the batwing the one time I did ride one was like having the seat too close to the steering wheel in a car.. I like the roominess of the TG/RG. Some may find that it is disorienting at first, but you will grow to love it quickly.
