Default Buying used 2010 SG, need help and advice

I recently sold my 07 Street Bob in order to buy a street glide. This will be my first touring bike so admittedly I don't know a ton about them, just trying to do as much research as possible. I went and looked at a 2010 street glide with 9800 miles today from a Craigslist ad. The bike has some upgrades including a Vance and Hines true duals exhaust, Arlen Ness air cleaner, and power commander V. The current owner is the 2nd owner and really didn't seem to know a whole lot about what was actually on the bike. I asked him if the bike had the security and ABS options and he said yes but didn't sound real confident in his answer. He showed me the key with the security fob but is there a way to know for sure if the bike has ABS? Also, I looked on the Arlen Ness website and couldn't find an air cleaner that looks like the one on the bike. Can anyone confirm by the picture that this is an Arlen Ness air cleaner?

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Don't know about the A/C but for ABS just look at the fronf left wheel bearing area, there is a sensor and a wire going up zip tied to the brake line. There should be a black mount with a little plastic tab with ABS on it. ( I say should be, because the local dealer here didn't put mine back on)Had to buy a new one lol. I'll post a photo if needed.

Here ya go, I can actually see the wire tied to the brake line zoomed in on your photo.

As far as the A/C goes... that looks like a custom/aftermarket cover or insert; the Arlen Ness Air Cleaner itself is going to look a lot like a
K&N filter and SE backing plate.

See the link below for an idea of what it should look like:

Also, if it's a 2010 Street Glide, with only 9,800 miles, you're basically getting a brand new bike, with a few extras!

Ok, I had a SE stage 1 on my street bob so I'm familiar with those. The filter on this street glide was kind of reverse cone shaped. Basically the smaller diameter was towards the motor and the larger diameter of the filter was toward the outside of the bike.

I enlarged and cropped a section of your photo, you can clearly see the ABS cable following the brake line then branching off just under the fairing.

BTW,nice looking low mileage bike. If the price is good, should be a good deal.

He's pretty firm at $16000 but I'm trying to work him down at least a little.
