Default V&H or Rinehart? Which are louder?

So the street cannons that my ex put on my bike have served their purpose.... but its time for something way louder. I had the stage one done to my 11 road glide ultra... had the download, chisel extreme air intake, street cannons and kept the stock headers.

The setup was good for the immediate small power gains but now I'm finding that its just too quiet.

So thanks to some knowledgable folks on here, I found out that ill need to re-map if I swap out the stock headers for some aftermarkets. So ill save my $$ on another download and put that towards a tuner when i do my stage 2.

In the mean time I need louder pipes! I like rineharts 4" slip ons... but also like v&h twin slash cut rounds. On some bikes some pipes seem quieter than others.... between v&h and rinehart, who makes a louder pipe??

WHAT DID YOU SAY? OH, Yes, I have Rineharts. If you want something really loud and unique, try some V&H Big radious, It will be very loud in your right ear!

I've heard both pipes on bikes but for some reason sometimes they sound different on different bikes. Other day I went back to dealer and he fired up a road king with the twin slash cuts and they sounded awesome.. then as Im riding away I pull up to a red light and see another ultra with the slash cuts but they didnt seem as loud. I wondered if it were some dealer trick!!!

I have Rineheart 2 into 1 race pipe on a 07 FLSTF, stock 96 with a SE Heavy Breather, I measured the decibels and at idle it registered at 99 decibels. Sounds awesome!

Anything 2 into 1 should get the volume you want.

You have to get the stock headpipe with catalytic converter off for it to sound good....
