Sorry just read the answer to my own question.

I see the exhaust modification. Does it have the full stage 1 mods including the tuner? Has the bike been tuned properly? If not these things could cost you additional money after your purchase.

I bought a new 2011 Road Glide Ultra in 2011, this was one of my favorite bikes period, 39,000 miles in 3 years, (we have 5-6 months of extreme winter every year). there are times when I wish for it back. Since than I have had a 2014 Limited (12,000 miles) which I traded for a CVO Limited last Sept. 2014, Rushmores are great improvements from 2011, but, there is always one we miss. Ride safe and good luck with your quest.

Average Dealer retail in my zip code for RG Ultra 2011 is 17,550. Average trade in is 13,275. $16k with low miles and $5k extras sure sounds like a good deal.

That is a sweet low mileage touring rig. I think the price is very fair with all that is included. That bike will sell. If you plan on touring you can't do better IMHO.

I think you should go get the money before he changes his mind.

I can't believe nobody has said it's FUGLY. The only thing I would replace is the windshield.

I would say jump on that deal.... but by the time you read this, you probably already have

Angry Deal fell thru!!!

I appreciate all the responses, but sadly the deal fell thru. The owner, or my likely his wife, could not let it go. My bank, their bank, & I worked hard over the last week. Friday, they received the paperwork to sign and their bank was ready to overnight the title upon receipt of the payment. This morning I got a very rude response from the owner's wife saying they were not going to sell it and that they wanted no further contact. They went even as far as to call their bank and forbid them to talk to me. Please also understand that this was the second time I went thru the "We don't want to sell" nonsense. Early in the week, I got a much nicer response saying they had changed their minds. Later that same day I got another response saying they were 100% OK with the sale and congratulated me and said the bike was mine. This has been a very sad & depressing day for me. I have lived the dream of owning this bike for several days. Now it is all gone. This was a sweet deal. The Mustang seat, exhaust, quick detach kit, and light kit on the tour pack was $2500+

Bottom line & lesson learned: Many Harley owners (understandably) have an emotional attachment to their motorcycles. When buying a Harley, make sure the seller does in fact need or want to sell the their motorcycle. Also Cash is King and people's words mean nothing ...at least in this case. And, we all know it is not over until the fat lady sings. In this case, she did sing and she sang loud & clear. But it was a sad song I didn't want to hear.

That sucks....you'll find another though.
Had one sold out from under me before too. Even when I had offered hand money to hold for a couple days.
