Default Stolen Bike --- Security options

So my bike was stolen the other day....
It had the factory security with siren
The alarm was bypassed and the bike was taken with me at home (didnt hear a peep)
Is there a better security system than the HD?
I welcome any suggestion

Sorry to hear about your bike..

Did you by chance change the factory security code from 31313 to something else??

Not saying that the factory security is fool proof but changing the code is recommended.

The "best way" is to chain , or cable to something that isn't easily moved,MASTER makes a 3/4" cable with something like a hand cuff on one in , and a loop on the other. They will get it if they want it, but the idea is to make it hard to get.

Makes you want to get a burn phone with some c4, and put it under the tank doesn't it. I had one stolen in 2010 , and it was at work late night, the feeling sucks real bad. Pay up your insurance.

Brukus offers something called the FIN system (Find It Now). Apparently some kind of GPS tracking device. Sure am sorry about your bike. I would be devastated...

not much good now, but Lo Jack would let cops find where your bike is. if it's not in a million pieces by now. it also costs a monthy / yearly fee.

Do you not understand what a 'factory security code' is, how to change it, or what?

If the ignition is unlocked someone can easily override the system

When you say the alarm was bypassed, bypassed how? I once accidently took the main fuse out of mine & the alarm went nutz.
