I come up with lot's of places to stash spare things, one of these days I'll find one of those places again.

If I'm by myself I don't bother with the spare. If the wife and I are out together we each carry a set for both bikes so if either of us has to get into or move the other bike we don't have to search for the key.

I use a cloaking device to hide the bike in plain sight, Spock taught me how. Now if I lose the cloking device I just have to walk around until I bump into my bike. I did that once, drove my bike cloaked, ran into Wonder Womans plane. Cops told the crowd that gathered, "there is nothing to see here"

it's not a secret anymore. i keep my keys in my pocket. under side cover is a good place to and doesn't require another key to get to it.

I hide mine like a drug mule, makes the ride kind of uncomfortable though!
