Default does my 09 have TSM / TSSM / HFSM module?

Does my 09 police FLHTP have a TSM / TSSM / HFSM?

Keep in mind, the Police model has a normal key, no fob, no security.

Where would this thing be?

Thanks

as a side note, I am blowing the IGNITION relay when I press the starter button...sometimes right away, sometimes it cranks for a split second.
After it pops the relay, a couple seconds later the RED KEY light comes on, on the speedo....what does that mean?

you have a tsm (turn signal module)
the tssm (turn signal security module) is the hdi equivalent of the hfsm (hands free security module). but you said you don't have security, so that leaves you with the tsm. not 100% sure on the police bikes, but on my road king, it was under the seat.

I can't help much on your other question, sounds like you have something shorting to ground. oh, btw, electrical gremlins suck

thanks guys! I found it!
Also found the short....with the ignition fuse out, ohmmeter on the dead side of the fuse, turn key on, got a reading....press the starter button and the ohms move all over the place when the steering is turned....
Found the wire from the starter button BK/R was worn right at the connector in the fairing. Fixed that and the ohms don't change anymore, no more shorting to ground!
