No Joke! I was heading up to Northern Virginia when a truck in the right lane SHOT a rock or some kind of crazy debris out from its tire. Whatever it was it sounded like an explosion when off as is crashed directly into my windshield! We pretty much all know how tough Plexiglas is, and I'm sure we can all imagine what it would take to bust it. But you can bet, when this thing hit my shield, I about pooped the farm. But long story short, my Long Ride Shield did exactly what it was supposed to do, in that it protected its rider from harmful and dangerous debris. Yeah, its toast and I have to buy a new one, but that's the breaks I guess. So kudos to LRS for making a rock solid product. Here's what happened:

Big LRS fan. With the same shield on my bike plus a few others for my Memphis Shades my only complaint was when I farted at 70 MPH I could smell that stink bomb if only for a moment after I farted.

 

I'm a big fan of windshields...glad you had yours when you needed it!

Yep, big fan of LRS here. I ordered one of their shields and accidentally gave them a wrong shipping address, once they received it back they reshipped it to me at their own expense. They did not re-charge my credit card for the shipping cost, even though I asked them to as the error was mine. Great products and great service.
