I went to get one last week $16 ouch. Last 4 I bought were around $8 each. I bought 4 then, I should have bought 10.

 

Man, you're in for it now. You're going to hear about every oil filter that has been made & how they are so much cheaper & better than HDs. I buy my HD filters when on sale & buy the black ones.

 

I haven't priced one lately but $16 is crazy. I'll have to stop in an look. I made the change to K&N just for the nut to remove them, now they're the same price !

 

Yeah, it was black hate to price the pretty one.

$16.00 you say? You must have been wearing a dress when you walked up to the parts counter. I just looked at the MSRP for a black oil filter and it is $8.95.
