Rode around today. Never see any lowered Street Glides. Saw one today, going the opposite way. Looked pretty cool.....so how is it done and what's typical, 1" 2"? Any adverse affects?

Can you guys include pics, if possible....... thanks!

My 09 is down 2" in front and an 1.5" rear using the Burly Slammer Kit. Drop in springs up front and shorter shocks rear.

Ill post some pics this week. Im down 1" in the back and im going to put progressive springs in the front that will drop it 1". Might as well do it while im putting on my chrome fork lowers.

Any issues with grinding in turns with a lowered rear end? Especially with aftermarket bags?

Yeah, what are the side effects? Poor handling? Harsh ride? No one is disappointed they did it?
