There will be many day trips the remainder of the summer, and a weekend trip with my wife for good drinks and eats, but the big trip happened already.

This photo was taken on my summer trip! Happened at the end of June and beginning of July. 9 days and 2600 miles from CT, down to Virginia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Three of us total, two from CT and one from South Carolina; met in Virginia. Rode the Skyway Drive, Blue Ridge (South bound), NC Rt 226A, NC Rt 80, NC Rt 28, Dragon, Cherohala Skyway; The entire trip was great! On the way home we decided to complete the entire Blue Ridge South to North in one day. What a day!!! What a day!!!

Thanks for looking and reading!

I'm sitting out this summer season due to rotator cuff surgery, hope to be back in the saddle in time for the Lone Star Rally in November.

My summer bike trip was to the Catskills, but I have many day trips still planned. The next is Saturday to Erie for roar on the shore and the following Saturday to Morgantown for Mountainfest.

Although I don't have a batwing, those bag covers would look sweet on my ride.

Oroville California straight west to the coast then up 1/101 all the way to Canada, then East to Glacier/Yellowstone/wyoming then drop down a little to hit New mexico then Ariz stopping in Phoenix then back home.

Bike pick does not show the Batwing on the bike but it will be for the trip !!!!

Good luck to me because I never win anything and have a old bike not a popular one either !!
