Default Antenna relocation for 2009 Electra Glide

Which would be the better method of relocating the FM antenna on my 2009 Electra Glide Classic. I'm converting to removable tour pack and will be using FM radio sparingly. I intend to mount my cell phone to use Pandora and stored music most of time. So, should I get the Harley Am/Fm relocation kit 76556-09 to use with the shorty antenna that came on my tour pack or use a powered in fairing antenna. I'll be installing LED lights in the front my bike if that makes any difference. Any help or opinions would be helpful.

Thanks,

Ed

I've found the passive in fairing one from J&M works as well as the whip - only about $50

I found a passive fairing antenna on ebay for about $25. It worked as good as the stock whip.

I've got the ebay inside fairing one sold by Streetglidecota. It's ok if you live close to a metro. I also installed a antenna Y adapter so when I do install tour pak can still utilize whip. I think for a inside fairing antenna a cheap whip antenna from Autozone etc tie wrap horizontally across top(above radio) of fairing is as good as anything you can do.
