Somewhere on here recently claimed $19,500 otd but that may have been the SG and not SGS. I'd take a look at the difference and offer a comparable.
Just took a quick look and it looks like you could ask at least another 1K off, it's a buyers market right now.

They are MSRP less 10% plus freight around here.
black would be around $20500.. Plus tax and fees which are different form state to state.
A color would be around $21,500 plus tax and fees. New 15 Street Glides and specials are getting scarce around here.
If your price includes tax, freight, prep etc it would be a good deal in this area.
If you like the bike and color do it.

I'm approved at 0.99 for 60 months which makes it real hard to pass up (cue the "pay in cash or don't buy it clan"). And most important, my wife is on board. There's really no doubt I'm gonna get it, I just wanna make sure I don't need to dicker back and forth with them.

I'm not sure where you are located, but I paid a little less than that for mine. I emailed all dealers within a 100 miles and told them what I wanted and that I would be buying the bike that day. I asked them to send me their best price by noon that day and gave them all of my trade in information as well as pictures of it. I saved about $4k over what my local dealer wanted by riding an hour and a half.
