Default Progressive Suspension customer service

Sent in my 13" 944's to have to springs changed from standard to heavy. I am not the original purchaser, got them from a member here.

Took exactly 3 weeks, they told me up front they were pretty busy. Said they would call for a credit card number when they were ready to ship.

Got a box in the mail today. Both shocks rebuilt, new springs installed.... no charge. Not even shipping.

That boys and girls is how you treat a customer.

Thank you Progressive!!

I will be watching this post. I am ready to order a set of 944-s touring shocks but need some feedback on whether to go with the standard or heavy springs. I ride solo 100% of time, 305 pounds. I ride a limited with the tourpak removed. All advice appreciated.

Great to know! Was thinking about ordering the monotubes. I have the 944's with standard springs, and love them. Ride two up most. I'm 185 and my wife is 120, and load up the tour pack and saddlebags and have no issues. Hope that helps Rick.
