Rinehart 4" Customer Satisfaction
One of my Rinehart 4" mufflers started getting loud and rattly, I bought them on Ebay about 14 months ago. Was worried about warranty after owning more then a year and a Ebay sale. I called Rinehart and was shocked when told to Email part numbers on pipes and a new set would be sent out immediately along with a UPS pick up slip ! 5 days later they were at my shop, I noticed on the part number was followed by Rev2. A quick look down the outlet showed a longer bolt that now holds the baffle to the end cap. Its great to deal with such a upstanding company in this era. I was expecting the " you pay to send pipes to us and we will see if covered "

At the end of the riding season last fall,I notice that the 4"Rineharts that I had bought in 2010 had developed a rattle in the right muffler.In Feb I decided to give them a call and see if there was any solution to this problem.They shipped me and empty box with a return shipping label.I packed them up and shipped them off.Approx 3 weeks later I received my old slip-ons back,looking like new,with new baffles and new black tips.I thought that was awesome service.
