What does is powdered metal and what sort of products did this place make?
As for the Made in USA thing - I think its great and always try (repeat try) to buy American whenever possible but I have asked some similar questions that others have brought up. For example - I can think of one well known rope manufacturer that is made in America (they were even on Cliff's show) but all (or most) of the raw materials comes from...........you guessed it, China. I used to haul quite a bit of textiles out of Canada and have been in some of the factories that make the stuff and often wondered if something is made in a Canadian factory but all the workers are Chinese (often times not speaking a lick of English (or French for that matter) is the end product any different than a product made in China? I'm sure there are US factories where you could ask the same question.
