Default Time to upgrade..cams, 103, 106, or 107 kit?

I have a 07 RK with a 96ci engine. SE stage 1 intake, Reinhardt true dual exhaust (full, not just mufflers) and a SERT.
I mainly stay in the 2-4Krpm range while riding, but not uncommon to see redline at 6200rpm. So a nice mid range cam would probably suit my riding style best. I mainly commute to and from work, roughly 25mi highway. I do load the bike down a few times a year and make an out of state trip with my bride, so power for 2 up would be nice.

I'd like to be 100-125lbft and 105+hp range if possible.

Cams and headwork?

SE103 kit?

SS106 kit?

FM107 kit?

If you want those numbers you'll have to go up, if youre going to go up, just go 107.

Also, if you want those numbers, dump your true duals. Get a fatcat, propipe, or FM Jackpot 2-1.

Port your heads, go with a 777 cam.

But whatever you do, discuss your goals and your budget with more than 1 reputable builder.

If you wait a bit there will be a 110 kit offering that fits in the 96 cases

First order of business is to get rid of that 66t rear belt pulley and get a 68t installed.

Doubtful, 107 is the max without boring the cases

Would you know the part number for the HD 110 kit to suit 103 motors? When did this kit come out?

a 110 sounds like it would be cool....but dont the 110ci engines have issues?

Also, by changing gear ratios, will that raise my rpms? I already see 3k rpm at 80ish mph down the highway. Kills my fuel mileage on my commutes. now open highway cruising, I run about 2500 rpm which is 70ish mph. That nets me low 40's mpg, instead of 36 around town/commuting.

Stage 1 kit 27501-10A

Stage 3 kit 92500035

Stage 5 "Tire Shredder" kit 92500038

The kits are on the HD site along with dyno charts comparing them to stock. Not very impressive IMO. I would say give Fuel Moto a call and tell them your goals and see what they recommend.
