Default Slip-On Baffles Question

I have a set of Klock Werks 4" Super Savors. I want to make them a little quieter at highway speeds when accelerating. Around town and low speed riding they sound good. I just want to get ride of or tone down the raspy loud sound it has under acceleration.

I took the baffle out today and it does have an insulation wrap on it. Will adding more on top of it help in this area. I've searched for several hours and couldn't find anything definitive. Any other known techniques other than buying another set is appreciated.

I use this packing, works well. Wrap tight with as much as you can. I use copper picture hanging wire to secure it.
