Question on the Accessory plug under left cover.... I need to wire in one or two plugs for heated jacket liners - Under the left cover is this




I see in the parts catalog there are a few different type plugs adpt??? is this plug under the cover HOT all the time or do I need to install a switch up on the fairing area?

For those that have done this already - what would be the best set up to buy,, single or dual and what other parts do I need..

Depending on the bike, and what you are trying to hook-up, part 71400106 may be the better option.

 

If i am understanding your question.

I ran my wires directly to the battery for my heated gear
I like the ideal of having the inline fuse.

I don't think I have seen anyone connect to the accessory plug.
