Default Cause of 317 mile breakdown

I just heard from the dealership that has my new RKCustom and they told me what caused the breakdown. I thought I'd see if anyone would like to take a guess at what it was.

The full story can be found here: https://www.hdforums.com/m_1573062/tm.htm

I go to the dealership and talk to the service manager about it after work, I figure I can give a better update on it after then. So, probably, say, 6pm eastern?

I'll give a run down of the symptoms:

Clanky, clonky, noisey motor.
Light bluing on pipes @ 17 miles.
Whine similar to brakes squeeking at a stop.
Total lock up of rear wheel at 45 mph.
Can start but engine makesmuch worsebad clunking/clattering noise after lockup.
Can shift through gears and into neutral.
Can roll forward and backward in neutral or with clutch disengaged.
Can NOT roll forward or backward in any gear (only slightly till gear catches/engages as normal)
Can NOT move on own power, will stall trying in any gear at any rpm.
No smell of burning fluids before or after incident.
No signs of fluid leaking before or after incident.

Take yer best guess and become known as a Sleuth Mechanic! Step right up and pick a cause. Ya can't win if ya don't play!

The winners get to open their own online diagnostic shop. Just have folks with busted bikes mail in their symptoms and you send back the correct solution! Just think of all the money you'll make.

Or nothing.

I guess we'll just have to find out. (Thinks about making a new poll...)

OK, I'm gonna guess Tranny. A catastrophic shaft, forkor gear failure. I don't think it's a bearing unless the box had no gear lube in it.

If I win, hot wings & beer will be gudenuf.

Oops, now I see that Tranny was not a poll option. I lose. Guess I buy the wings & beer again[&:]!

Brake/Caliper Malfunction, the pin hole return in the Master cylinder was blocked keeping the brakes applied when hot..

The tire rotates freely in neutral, the bike can shift in and out of gear, start and stop without problem. But when trying engage the clutch it just stalls, unable to move something. Like starting in 5th from a stop on an upward slope.
According to this exerpt taken from the original post it seems like a clutch system failure vs no fluid in primary, in which I'd think one would lead to the other.[&:]
