Default S&S 509 cam right for me?

I bought a 06 road king with 1,200 miles on it last winter. Now I'm putting together my wish list for some winter upgrades. I was looking at the TW21 & 26 but it was suggested that I should look into the S&S 509 instead.
I ride solo 200 lbs. I ride all ranges. Mostly country roads and interstate. I don't normally see 100 mph. But I do like to take road trips and will run consistently at 75-90 sometimes.
I have found little information on these cams. Seems like everyone that has then likes them, but no one says what type of riding they do.
I now have 9k miles on this bike and plan on keeping it for a few years until i'm able to upgrade to one with a 6 speed. I have no plans to do additional motor upgrades other than cams, PC5, AC, rush slip-ons.
it says the cam is good for idle to 4500 rpm's. I have no tach so I have no idea about what top speed hits 4500.
thanks for any advice, and yes I know I need to update my sig pic to my new to me bike.

Put a .509 in my '06 RK along with new lifters, and Cyco cam chain tensioners at 30,000 miles.Reused stock pushrods (good excuse to check out rocker endplay.Instant grunt.Nice all around power increase.Hiway at 70-85 for 500 miles no problem.Only needed to "fatten" the idle a little bit. on carb.

I've got S&S 510's in my 02 TC88 5 speed Softail. Not sure if it's apples and oranges but she pulls hard and when I get over 70 mph I've got plenty more guts left.

Used the 21H cam in my 09 E/G Classic 96" and it ran excellent, over camming is the mistake.

I would put Andrews 48s in it. '06 has newer heads that flow better and handle more lift. I have never been much of a fan of the over exhausting S&S cams.
