Default battery tender not hooked up?

Wth? I put a volt meter on the tender lead and there's nothing. .....

Is that something I'm supposed to hook up? It came from the dealer and I assume factory with the lead installed under the left side cover.....

If it's there, it should be hooked up. Blown fuse?

It should have an inline fuse, probably blown.

Trace the leads to make sure they are hooked to the battery.

7.5 amp fuse in line on the tender lead. If you even bump the + side on some metal it'll blow out.
