Sorry, just noticed your question. I know I saw them on eBay but my Indy got it from one of the big bike parts suppliers magazines. Took a lot of time to pressure test and coat, especially the tank coating to cure. I will try to remember to ask him where it came from but beware: Once you go this route there is not a bolt on seat that can be had for it. He built the seat pan and the thought that went into it is out of this world. Even incorporated the backrest from my Mustang seat which can be locked in or removed. Then had it padded and covered in leather by a local upholsterer.

I noticed the chain in your 1st and 3rd pictures. What's up with the chain? Any idea why someone would do a conversion like that, or what the story behind it was?

That's how I got the bike. Figured when my buddy put the rims on he converted to chain. At this point it is what it is. Why go back to belt? is the way I see it. Also everyone I know out here runs chain.
