J&S Jacks 15% off

This is the best discount I've seen in the past few years, if I didn't already own one, I'd take this deal. Call them if you are considering buying this, I got a better shipping rate than what was on their web site. I had a couple VISA gift cards I wanted to use and their web site couldn't do that, but the very nice customer service person was able to process the cards for me, and on her own she got me a better shipping price, by about $25 if I recall.

They are in Little Chute Wisconsin. Anyone ordering the Jack that is in the delivery area of Spee Dee Delivery service, give J & S a call, the delivery charges will be about half of what Fed Ex charges. You have to call though, their online store isn't set up to handle it.

I was going to order the J&S yesterday because of the 15% discount. The day before it went on sale they were including a drain pain for free. I called them yesterday and you don't get the free drain pan in combination with the 15% off. I understand not double dipping discounts, but if I buy the drain pan, my $63 15% discount just went down to $23 savings after I buy the drain pain.
I not really complaining about the price I just want to know from any current J&S owners if its necessary to have the drain pain or if draining the 3 fluids work fine without it?

I got the jack without the drain pan, did an oil change or 3, then asked for one for Christmas. Can't imagine NOT having the drain pan now. Is it absolutely necessary? No. But the first time you drain any of the fluids into the pan you'll be glad you had it. Get the pan, I was glad I did.

You don't really have to have the J&S drain pan unless you think the jack police from J&S will break down your door and fine you.
I fashioned a V trough out of roof flashing and attached it to the J&S jack so it will more or less funnel the fluids down into your oil gathering tub.
