Congrats on the new bike - and yea, we all make changes to a brand new bike, I myself have done more things than I can to name - the latest being new front, rear fenders, saddlebags & now off to the painter for new paint....Lucky for me, being divorced with no kids gives me disposable income - enjoy your ride

I have ridden 200 miles with the new mirrors and I really like them. I had no choice, I tried to mount the mirrors to the master cylinders (like an Ultra) but I like the bars pushed forward and they would not clear the fairing. I liked the stock fairing mounted mirrors but my hands were just too low and I rode a buddies bike with 12" bars and they were too high for me. I am running the klock werks 10" bar which makes stock mirrors unusable. The mirror and trim are sold separate but I am not sure why, I dont think you can use one with out the other. I tried to find a less expensive option but found nothing I liked. I am in too deep money wise to start worrying about the cost, I love the bike and making the changes...more to come
Mirror and trim are the Harley accessory ones $300 both trim and mirrors I believe
