Getting to air adjustment valve on 2015 Ultra
A slip of the knife when I was cutting a zip tie and cut the air line to the left shock. I super glued it but not sure how long it will last. Has anyone figured out how to get a new hose line to the bottom of the adjustment valve??? Looks like a major job since you can't get to it from the saddle bag side. It is only about a 6" piece of plastic line but sure doesn't look like there is an easy way to replace it. Also, anyone know the ID of the hose if I can find a replacement or splice connector???

Looks like you need part 12. Maybe the dealer will sell you one foot of it.

I thought I had a leak in one of my shocks so I removed all my air lines and re-installed. Left shock still would not hold air. I went to Ace Hardware and found a valve stem that was threaded perfectly to fit each air shock. They stock them on the shelf for some type of air tank plumbers use or something.
With each shock having its own valve stem I aired them up the exact same with my hand pump. They both held air so my leak was somewhere in the lines. I am just going to leave mine like this. I don't change air pressure very often anyway.

I have a 2015 Ultra Low and had to replace all of the air lines when I went from those goofy hand crank shocks that come on the bike to the airlines for the air shocks I installed the day I got it home from the dealer.
I went to Evco House of Hose and they had everything I needed from the brass fittings to the hose itself. All I had to do was fabricate a way to mount the valves. Pretty easy job overall. Cost me $27 for everything I needed and they sell the hose by the foot.

If you don't have an Evco in your area, I'm sure any hose supply shop can take care of it.

I have a set of take off shocks from my limited, but had to use the lines on my wife's SG when I was working on lowering it for her.
