loud pipes and radio

The various responses highlight how subjective this topic is. Loud enough for whom?
I have tons of wattage and beefy spkrs, so I can crank my audio above most pipes. Nonetheless, my V&H Propipe was too loud. Sure, I could "hear" the audio, but to clearly hear the music in a way that is possible on a batwing, I had to crank it up. I was not comfortable bombing my ears and everyone around me with all that sound energy, so I switched to a Supertrapp Supermeg. I am much happier. I miss the booming sound of the V&H, but life is full of compromises. I went with crystal clear guitar licks and less exhaust rumble.

If I want to hear the exhaust, I have to turn the stock radio down.
No issues hearing the stereo up to triple digits, although above 85 I'm really not paying attention to it.
