Any engine codes? If I remember the newer bikes have a "safety mode" or "limp mode" or something like that that will shut the rear cylinder off when the bike gets too hot. Maybe it malfunctioned? IDK, just throwing some stuff out there

Plug wire sparks - it has fire.
Are you stating it won't start or run?
Just a suggestion - get some starter fluid and squirt it on the intake manifold (AT the REAR CYLINDER) while trying to start it and see what happens.

Shoudn't that throw a code? Of course someone asked that, don't know if the OP has pulled codes or knows how.
You are correct - no fuel. Injector or intake seal leak.

Yes it should have a code, but We aren't there!! If it has a bad enough intake leak to shut off the rear cylinder, thats big!!! And you also wind up with an adaptation code. A misfire, sure but shutting off the injector? And we don't know if the cylinder is completely shut off. It may be a rear cylinder misfire, that the ecu has shut the injector off. these guys give so little info! need some live data.

Only reason I threw in the seal is I bought one last year (granted an EVO) but I did all the troubleshooting on sight I could. Only 10 miles from home so I decided to ride it on 1 cylinder. Once I got on a straight run and rolled the throttle she started picking up then cutting back off as I slowed. Got home let her cool shot the starter fluid to the intake seal as I cranked her and she ran well. $3K + $12 parts became $6K.

Air - Spark - Fuel, don't get much easier.
