I just use McGuire's Car Wash that I also use all over the bike, and it does fine. If on occasion they need a little more on the WWW, I use Wesley's Bleech White. I never use too stiff of a brush, as once you start scratching WWW's, they become harder to clean later on. I want to keep that slick feel on the WWW's that they have when they are new, that makes them MUCH easier to keep clean. Same on classic autos, been working good for me for many years.

Dunlop recommends soap and water. Or a diluted simple green and Magic Eraser.
I usually use soap and water, but if tires are really dirty, I use a Brillo pad. Probably isn't the greatest for tire, but I haven't had any problems.

Whatever car wash or bike wash soap I use on the bike I use on the wheels/tires.
I use one of them mitts with 1000 little "things" sticking out and just rub a dub dub.

Now for some reason you have oil or something on them and I sure hope not, dawn dish detergent ( liquid) eats oil up!

Simple Green on wheels and tires because it has more power for the brake dust. Mequiars gold car wash on the rest.
