Most aftermarket wheel suppliers will recommend 17/21. HogPro has always done a great job and I would suggest reaching out to them. I obviously don't know what you are willing to spend but they have monthly specials so check out their website or call Drew.

Why is a 21" wheel not a upgrade??? It's not a offered wheel size by Harley on touring models, so I would say yes it's a upgrade.

We have some killer deals on select overstock 18 x 3.5" wheels like our chrome Valor for $599. Give us a call at 818-886-6545 to go over some options.

21" will require you to lower your front end. Yes you can still use your stock fender and a 21" is an upgrade.

Quick question on the 21" .
You mentioned that you have to lower the front end if you go 21" rim why ??
I was thinking about going to a 21" rim myself .

Thanks

Has anyone not lowered the front end when running a 21 up front? Just was wondering if it was a preference thing for a safety issue with handling or something I wasn't aware of

I'm cheap and have about $1000 in my 21/17 (ness G3 front, HD breakout polished disc rear) wheels and tires. Check out Craig's list, eBay and forum classifieds; even shops sometimes have take offs. I did not lower the front for 21 (l don't like losing cornering angle by lowering) but with the lowered rear of your SG ya may want to (I'd raise the rear). Ride it and see what ya think.
