Fairing rain cover

Fairing rain cover
I was wondering if anyone has rigged up something to cover their fairing to protect their speakers/radio when you get caught parked out in the open during a heavy rain storm. All the covers I see are full bike. I'm just looking for something that would pack small and could throw over the front of the bike. I've tried the large garbage bags but the fairing is too wide. I've also thought about a grill cover, but haven't seen any that are cloth (only the plastic / tarp style) which I would not want to scratch the paint. One other thought is buy the smallest bike cover they make and use that for just the front of my Street Glide and cinch it down. Thought I would try my luck here in the forum..... Thanks!

Be pretty easy to make one with maybe a spandex stretchy materiel and elastic, make a "bag" looking thing that fits snug and goes over the whole fairing, it would be at a pretty steep angle and the rain would run off ??
I have a thinner nylon bike cover for travelling that compacts down to the size of a Nerf football that keep the bike fairly dry. I did use Scotchguard on it too in the seat area.

I often ride in the rain, so it makes little sense to worry about leaving my bike parked out in the rain, but I do. When I'm overnighting, or when I've parked and I know it is going to rain, I use a light half-cover. If it's not raining, it keeps the heavy dew off and minimizes the morning wipe-down. If it does rain, it is just that much less water to worry about seeping into places.
Nelson-Rigg makes a light half-cover that packs down to not much more than a 16 oz beer can. Easy on and easy off. About $30.
