Default wires on throttle cable

I am getting ready to change my throttle and idle cables on my 02 EG classic, and noticed 2 wires on the cable. what are they for?

This engages the Flux Capacitor.
If not, this will give you a bump to the top and someone else will chime in.

Most came with the cruise throttle cables so you could upgrade easily if you wanted to.
Cables can be ordered without the cruise switch connection.

I think the 1 I ordered is for no cruise, so do I just shove it under the tank when I change out the cable?
