Added Andrews 57h and D&D Fat Cat to my 2011 103...
After having a stock decatted header and RCX slip-ons for 2 years, I finally bit the bullet and did some much-needed power improvement.
Mods are:
Stage 1 open filter
D&D Fat Cat 2-1 exhaust with perforated(loud) baffle
Andrews 57h cams
Screaming Eagle clutch spring
Power Commander 5
Numbers after the tune are 94.10hp and 106.68tq. Never did a baseline before the mods unfortunately so I'm not sure what I picked up total.
Impressions on cams: It actually feels like the bike moves out of it's own way now. The idle sounds great, but more importantly, the bike pulls hard all the way through the RPM range. You can actually putt around at or below 2k RPMS with these cams and not lug the engine or get the "bucking" effect, as well.
Impressions on exhaust: If you don't like the sound of open header V8s screaming down the drag strip, don't get the perforated baffle. It cackles, it pops, it screams, it will make your ears bleed if you stand behind it and rev it up. But more importantly, this thing performs and, for my taste, you absolutely cannot beat the sound and tone of the D&D 2-1 exhausts.
Maybe if I switched from a chrome 18" rear wheel with a 190 back tire to an aluminum 16 with a 140 I can pick up some more HP....

Afr
Congrats on the upgrades over the stock cams. Nice power increase, however your dyno chart shows the AFR blue line is leaving you some lost power. Ideally you want the blue line for actual AFR to fall tight on the red line of target ideal AFR for max power of 13.1 to 12.7. Not that there's anything drastically wrong, but heck squeeze every bit out!! Enjoy the ride bro!
