I received my new King Tour pack last week shipped in good order from Surdyke @ 20% off - free shipping. I ordered vivid black with flat silver pin striping. There is a separate part # for just vivid black less pin stripe. There was a slight delay due to B/O.

You need to order the lock cylinder and detachable mounting rack (either in chrome or black). It comes with the rubber floor mat but the passenger backrest is a separate part. The paint finish looks great in spite of the normal Harley orange peel. It is about a cubic inch larger capacity than the pre-14. I don't intend having a passenger so I didn't order the passenger backrest as of yet. Also the SGS antenna needs to be relocated so there's another part as well.

Even with 20% off & free ship it's a tour pack load of money, $1033.67 to be exact.

Final note: The $45 lock cylinder came w/o the two 8/32-3/8" screws and needed to be tapped by me. The dealer also needs your key code to match your keys.

 

Does that King pack come with the backrest pad? Kind of hard to tell.... Sounds like from the description it's separate..

definitely not in the older style. the newer style, not sure, you'd have to find someone who has one.

Got all at Boardtracker... The King Tour pack has a 30-day lead time... Ugh.. Which I don't recall being mentioned on the description... So I'll get all my add-ins shipped the 6th, without a tour pack to put them on.. Hope it gets here before Sturgis... Shet....

 

I bough mine from a streetglide forum member who is a parts manager.

I ended up with a paint matched silver king, wing and light, detach kit, locks, speakers w/ pods and backrest. I also had him order me up a rack for the garage so it doesnt get kicked around the house or garage, paid the same thing. 1920.00 if memory serves me. I could have saved some $$ if I had ditched the wing and light as well as the rack but I wanted done my way.
