By the time those are gone, the frozen bottles have started to melt and I have ice water again. This method generally keeps me in cold water all day.
I do same except my cooler is rigid plastic liner inside the soft sides. $5 bucks at wally-world and Easier to clean out condensation at end of day. I also use the reusable frozen ice packs.

My wife bought me a hydro flask last year for our trip to Sturgis and Calif. Keeps the beverage nice and cold for about 5-6 hrs. even in the hot weather. While on the way back cross country I forgot to tighten the cap down. It vibrated loose and fell off. When I got back hone I went on line and searched the net to buy a new cap. There was a question as to the size for the cap. I contacted Hydro Flask and explained the situation. The girl was very helpful an said she would warranty the lost cap, even after I told her it was might fault for loosing it due to not tightening it. A week later I had a new cap. Now that's customer service.

We used to keep a bottle there, but when you would stop, it was coated in dead grasshoppers and road dirt. We just keep the water in the bag now.

i've got one from thermos http://www.shopthermos.com/detail/TMS+HS4080CHTRI6 that goes in a holder on my lowers i got from cpt itch http://shop.captain-itch.com/Cup-Hol...-Glove-Box.htm fits great without the coozie. thing i like about it is that i can use it with one hand and take a sip while riding or while at a traffic light. it will keep ice in there all day. carry extra water to throw in or pick up a bottle when you stop for fuel.
