These instructions are from '06. Probably the same. Got it from Google.

Turn the bike ignition on or to accessory, then turn radio to off. You will then see a sreen with the word set on the lower right. Next locate the buttons on the far right of the radio. Find button number 6 and push. Now you will see a screen with the clock in the middle and on the left will have hrs+ and hrs- and on the right you will see min+ and min- . Push the buttons next to desired function. For example if the clock is displaying 4:10 and it needs to read 5:30 then push the hrs+ button once and push the min+ several times until the 10 changes to 30. When the correct time is displayed turn your bike off. Now turn the bike on and turn the radio on, walla! you should have the correct time.
