Default 6x12 trailer...will 2 baggers fit?

I'm looking to trailer 2 streetglides and can get my hands on a 6'x12' enclosed, has anyone had success with one? I know they would have to be staggered but looks like a very tight squeeze.

You'll need to grease them, along with staggering, but it might work. I'd ride over w/one bike and see if you can eyeball how to make them both sit w/o banging together.

IMO, unless it's a "killer" deal, go with a bigger trailer that fits both bikes comfy.

I've got a 7x12 and two baggers fit snuggly. I think 6x12 would be REAL tight.

Unless it's set up for two bikes (wheel chocks, tie-downs), I don't see it. You sure as heck don't want to transport them on the jiffy stands. Don't ask how I know.

I got a 7x14, V-nosed covered trailer. 2 touring bikes are pretty tight. Probably could pull it off but the fairing for one would have to hang over the seat area of the first, I'd bet. Would make for some awkward mounting for the straps. If it was an uncovered trailer, yeah you can pull that off fairly easily (done it!)

You might have luck taking the adjacent bags off? That could work?

Only way I'd try it with a 6x12 is pulling in the first bike forward, setting it on its jiffy stand leaning, then pull the 2nd bike in staggered, get that 2nd bike mounted upright and then pull the first bike upright to mount it, too. Would be awful tight though.

I have a 6x12 covered trailer. No way would I try to fit 2 bikes in there. As stated a 7x12 is pushing it.

Also, be aware that the dimensions vary among different manufacturers. 6x12 does not mean 6x12 interior dimensions. Oh yeah, if you can squeeze them in...you still need to be able to tie them down...and get them out safely.

7 x 14 with one staged about 3 feet in front of the other is the only way I'd even try.

I have a 7X14 and I only have about 2 inches from the walls then they are very close together staggered. I don't see how it will work. Other bikes yes but nothing with fairings

Had the exact same question about 2 months ago. A 6x12 will work if you stagger them. But I went with a 7x12 (had to buy new since I could not find any used). With the bikes staggered no issues, although not a ton of room. Very happy with a 7x12. Good luck. Ride safe.

Staggered bikes 2 feet
